Registration Certificates Will Now Fit ALBANY — Automobile owners in New York State no longer will have to figure out how to fold their registration certificates to fit into their wallets anymore. The certificate, as well as the number plate, has a new look for 1964. It is wallet-sized — 2V, by 3Vs inches — and pale blue in color. It matches the size of the punch card driver’s licenses which made their debut two years ago. Th registration not only has been reduced In size — the num- yer of entries the owner must make also are fewer. There is one new space he must fill in, however. He must enter the name of his insurance company and the number of the policy under which he is providing financial security. This does not eliminate the nec­ essity of submitting a new proof of coverage (FS-1 form from bis ’’rsnrance agent’ with all appli- jcattrus.
