Rooks, of 234 Sands St., alleg­ edly attacked Lourdes Bass, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carol Bass, 190 York St., on the roof of the house where she lived and then shoved her to her death. ENTH TIME 7 7 y 7 N Y AMSTERDAM NEWS, Sat., June 8, IMS • 3 Youths Held In Homicide Four Brooklyn youths were held this week on a charge of homicide for fatally beating a neighbor who complained about their noise during a drinking ses­ sion, last May 25. Held for hearing on June 11 were David Martin, 20, 4J Albany Ave., Richard Criswell, 18, 45 Al­ bany Ave., Alphonso Kitt, 15, 435 Herkimer St., and James Perk­ ins, 15, 395 Herkimer St. A fifth youth whose name was withheld because of his age, was charged with juvenile delinquency. Police said the boys were drink lng at 40 Albany Avenue, In an empty apartment and making a lot of noise to which Curtis Mea­ dows, in an adjoining apartment, objected. They attacked Mead­ ows, said police, stomped him and threw him down a Hight of stair*. Meadows died Thursday in Kings County Hospital. The arrests were made last Friday night.
