Charm will vacation in Europe comparing European
charm with the American variety for a fortnight or so.
Beatrice Hargrove, international school marm,
having taught school two years in Japan and now
on the fourth in Europe, is vacationing in Nice, France
that Paradise for the idle rich—or not so rich . . .
Bronx modiste Cassandra Lyons browsing around
