Mention of Mr. Kelly's name with the anti-bias charge “is Kelly’s completely unjustified,” a CCHR spokesman announced, a day after the Amsterdam News an­ nounced that charges of discrim­ ination had been filed with CCHR against the Corporation Counsel’s office. Madison S. Jones, CCHR ex­ ecutive director, announced, how­ ever, that "the Investigation into the charges of dlscriminatin by Miss Gertrude Delany Is continu­ ing and a finding will be ready soon," he said.
