City Rushes Clearance
Of Kelly; Probe Charges
The City Commission on Human Rights last week
rushed statements to daily newspapers Friday clearing
the name of John F. Kelly, managing attorney of the
Corporation Counsel’s office, of any involvement in a
charge of discrimination within the agency, but said
its investigation of the bias charge was continuing.
